AUTHENTICATION
& CERTIFICATE OF VALUATION
A diamond authentication certificate includes a detailed and impartial expert assessment of the diamond’s clarity, colour, cut, carat weight and other characteristics. You may sometimes also hear a diamond certificate referred to as a diamond grading report, diamond quality document or diamond dossier.The intention of a diamond certificate is to give you a thorough report on the diamond you have purchased. It confirms the diamond’s quality and authenticity, and provides proof of your ownership.
The type of certificate we provide depends on which item you choose to buy. The certificates available are indicated on the product pages.A certificate of valuation is also provided. This shows the recommended retail price (RRP) for the item, the name and address of the person who ordered it and the date of purchase.
The main purpose of this certificate is to prove ownership for insurance companies.

We aim to dispatch all jewellery within 48 hours of receiving your order.
For UK shipping we use Royal Mail Special Delivery. These are secure, insured and speedy delivery methods. On dispatch we’ll email you with information on how to track your order. Your jewellery is insured during transit. It will require a signature when delivered to the address you gave us.

While we do keep a stock of the most popular items we sell, our rings come in 50 different sizes. As you can imagine it is impossible to stock every ring in every size. This means that we may need to handcraft a ring just for you before we send it out, which could take more time, this will be indicated on the product pages, before purchase.

We offer a complimentary re-sizing service on our diamond engagement and dress rings. Should your ring size change in the 12 months after purchase we will re-size it for you free of charge. We undertake all re-sizing work in our workshop with precision, ensuring a perfect finish.
Where it is not possible to resize in the traditional manner (for example if the band is set with diamonds all the way around the band) we can offer an exchange for a different size free of charge if in an unworn condition within 60 days of purchase.
